The Réseau plein air Québec is calling on political parties currently campaigning to commit to amending the province’s legal framework in order to limit the risk of civil liability lawsuits against landowners who lend their land free of charge for outdoor activities. Caroline Tanguay, deputy director of Réseau plein air Québec, explains how other provinces handle this issue, and how Quebec should adapt to ensure greater acess to outdoor spaces.
